Scenario Software LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable privacy laws. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our productivity app for filmmakers (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

When you use the App, we may collect the following personal information:

• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date.” If material changes are made, we will notify you through the App or by email.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

To delete your Scenario account, open the profile in the app and choose Delete My Account, then follow the instructions. Completing this will:

• Log you out of Scenario and revert to "anonymous" mode
• Delete your Scenario profile and all of your user data (Projects, Diagrams, etc) from our database
• Remove all personally identifiable information (PII) from Stripe, our payments processor (your financial transaction records will remain by law)
